Yes. You can upload ABSOLUTELY ANY modpacks and mods to your server, either with one click from the control panel or via SFTP.
In most cases, you receive the server instantly. However, there may sometimes be delays of a few hours in activation due to a high queue (especially in the evening/night). You don't need to do anything, just wait.
A refund is possible only if there were errors on our part, such as prolonged technical work (which happens a couple of times a year). Funds are not returned because you couldn’t configure your server (for example, couldn’t install plugins, etc.). Open our knowledge base and study the material. You can read more about the refund policy in the agreement before registration.
Don't panic 🙂 Remember, if your server doesn’t start, it means you've configured it incorrectly. So, you just need to REINSTALL IT, and it will revert to the original settings. And in the future, read what the console writes; it indicates 99% of all errors. Also, monitor the server load. If you don’t know or can’t do something, open our YouTube channel. There is a lot of useful material there.
Because the server needs to be configured ON THE HOSTING from the start. Your computer and the hosting are different things.
Yes. You can upgrade to a better plan simply by paying the price difference. There is no need to purchase the server again. The server data will remain. You can do this in the billing section (where your service is located).
Yes, you can contact our support on the website, and we will give you advice and recommendations on what needs to be done. BUT! We will not fully configure your server for you. We do not offer such a service. We have an extensive knowledge base where you will find answers to all the main questions about server configuration.
